rEVOLution has begun

Great Grace to you!

This blog inaugurates the rEVOLution! session of The War College in Vancouver Canada. Let me tell you what our heroes are up to:

After getting through immigration, students from USA, Australia, UK and Canada moved onto the Hastings corridor in two slum hotels, meeting their neighbours and dealing with the usual slum conditions: bed bugs, dank smoky hallways, noisy nights and countless souls in need of Jesus. They fit in really well, no complaining, enduring the incarnational cross set before them. F. Booth-Tucker would have been proud!

The students then undertook a vigorous boot camp week where students spent a sleepless day and night homeless in the
Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. They spent some more sleepless time in our 24/7 prayer room, 'The War Room' interceding for themselves, the neighbourhood and giving honour to YHWH. All this was on top of a full schedule of getting the basics down: Children's Ministries, Physical fitness, Praying the Bible, Decontamination, Dusting off, Rocky III, Knee Drill, Justice orientation... and more!

We were graced to be with Faytene Kryskow of fly high ministries, eXtreme prophetic, The Cry and The Siege! She imparted to us great faith for the rhema word of God to go forth and free captives. One of our highlights was seeing the testimony of Adam who was saved through eXtreme prophetic and continues to be a part of our community! Kirsten Ivany will be taking the reigns of eXtreme prophetic night [Fridays at 5:30PM @ 110 W Hastings St. 3rd floor].

This week the students barraged into their full time course load with exceptional teachers: Major Winn Blackman, Michael Collins, Aaron White and Jonathan Evans.

The students are just about to hit the streets with their first open air led by Olivia Munn so when the report is in we'll let you know what God is doing. Right now we're really enjoying the refreshment that new students bring as they are accelerated in their spiritual growth! Praise God and send up a prayer for us.
