Conquerors

If you are one of the thousands of visitors to the armybarmy blog it will be no surprise that the next session name is conquerors for 2008 - 09.

It is based in two texts:
Romans 8:36-38 As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us;

Romans 6:2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

(or, in the AV): And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

May they stand on the shoulders of the sessions before them. They have a powerful name to live under and to live up to. May sin be eradicated. Glory to God!

Pray for the incendiaries. They are soon to be commissioned to blaze on a new front. May God be with them, freeing them for His service and pouring into them the necessary resolve and divine love needed. We are praying for them without ceasing.
